All products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If by chance you have found your item to be defective you should notify us within seven days and the item in question should be sent back to Michael Speaker Gallery/Art Studio in the same condition as you received it. Items may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement provided we receive notification within the stated timeframe and the item is returned. Buyer pays for the shipping. Return it in the same packaging or similar. Before returning please contact us at info@michaelspeaker.com. You may have the option of replacement or full refund. The refund will include the purchase price less the shipping costs. The refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods and deem them to be defective. Refunds will not be given if you have damaged the goods yourself. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods. Please include all relevant postal details and a copy of your invoice. Important Note - The items that Michael Speaker Gallery/Art Studio sells are all handmade. Materials therefore may vary in shape, color and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed to be faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognized. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, images and information displayed on the website but the customer must acknowledge there may be some variations to products or materials. If there are any major changes to the item you have ordered, we will discuss other options with you. All work listed on the website is subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
