| On May 14th 2004 some young boys who were supposed to be in school started a fire in one of the empty buildings in the complex. This is the result. | Over 150 firemen and their equipment fought the fire all day. All others were herded away due to toxic smoke. | ||||||||||||||||
| My new best friend John a reporter from the Southern Dutchess News was interviewing me because I was one of the first on the scene. He offered me a cigarette which I declined. But he did allow me to photograph him using the backdrop of the day's excitement. | |
