Frame
The frame consists of six vertical posts eight feet to the 19 foot diameter laminated wooden ring.
Above each post at 60 degree intervals a major laminated rib extends from the outer ring to the upper inner ring. A notched brace strengthens the entire structure and adds a nice design element as well. Between each of the major ribs are two minor ribs (twelve in all) at 20 degrees apart. All these ribs have the same graceful sweep.
The roof understructure which is part of the gazebo kit is 2/6 tongue and groove planks that come in 18 pre-cut bundles that attach to the ribs.
All beam connections are internal lazer cut steel connectors with a stainless dowell pins.
